4.1 Common requirements
4.1.1The cables are able to be laid up during various conditions, especially during bending in cable bracket and conduit, cables are able to up to bear radius stipulated in this specification and can endure the traction force and side pressure caused during construction.
4.2Technical specification for low-voltage power cable
4.2.1 Executive standard: GB/T12706.1-2002, GA306 -2007
4.2.2 Characteristics:
A) Rated voltage: U0/U: 0.6/1 kV
B) Permissible operating temperature during long period: Up to 90degreefor XLPE insulation.
C) Max temperature of cable conductor in short-cut current (max continuous time¡Ü5s): ¡Ü250degree for XLPE insulation.
D) Permissible bend radius during laying cable: For single core cable ¡Ý (20*overall diameter of cable); For multi-core cable ¡Ý (15*overall diameter of cable)
4.2.3 Main technical index:
4.2.3.1 Completed cable can withstand alternating voltage test of 50Hz3500V5min without breakdown in ambient condition.
4.2.3.2 Insulation resistance constant will be ¡Ý3.67M¦¸. Km when the insulation of XLPE is at 90degree.
4.2.3.3 The direct resistance of completed cable conductor (copper core) should comply with GB/T3956-97 at +20degree.
4.2.3.4 Flame bunched retardant test of flame retardant cables comply with GB/T18380.3-2001A.
4.2.3.5 Fire resistant performance should comply with GB/T3956-97.
4.2.4 The conductor adopts compressed twisted structure, its formation, properties, appearance comply with GB/T3956-97(Type B conductor applies to the ones is not larger than 6mm2).
4.2.5 Insulation
4.2.5.1 Insulation adopts XLPE cable material.
4.2.5.2 Insulation should be in accordance to GB/T 12706.1-2002, and its thickness should not be less than nominal value. And the thickness at any spot should not be less than 90%-0.1mm of nominal value.
4.2.5.3 The color of insulation: Yellow, light blue, yellow/green for 2 cores+PE cable; Yellow, green, red for 3 cores cable; Yellow, green, red, light blue, yellow/green for 5 cores.

4.2.6 Cabling
4.2.6.1 Cable cores are filled by non-hygroscopic materials. It has no space and compact between them. The appearance shall be round after cabling.
4.2.6.2 Outside of cores adopts firmly tight non-hygroscopic wrap. The appearance is round.
4.2.7 Inner bedding
Adopt LSOH polyolefin material, its thickness should be conformed to GB/T12706.1.
4.2.8 Armor
Armored cable should adopt Aluminum wire or galvanized steel wire winding armor and be conformed to GB/T12706.1.
4.2.9 Outer-sheath
4.2.9.1 Sheath adopts LSOH polyolefin material(color: Black), whose surface is plain clear and round, also its thickness and property comply with relevant standard in GB/T12706.1-2002 and GA306.1-2007, its minimum thickness is not smaller than 85%-0.1mm of nominal thickness at any point.
4.3 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION FOR CONREOL CABLE
4.3.1 Executive standard: Q/321084KLA058-2007
4.3.2 Characteristics:
A) Rated voltage: U0/U: 0.6/1kV;
B) Permissible long-time operating temperature of conductor: 90degree.
C) Permissible bending radius during laying cable:
¡Ý10 times of overall diameter of cable, for non-armored cable;
¡Ý12 times of overall diameter of cable, for armored cable.
